In the beginning and for some time, there were only the four partners sharing the work and responsibility alike. Gradually there was a requirement for staff and they duly appeared as and when finance permitted.
Rob joined us as a Sales Engineer in 1986 and is still with us, Roy our Warehouseman for many years, joined us after his retirement at 60 and worked on with us till he was more than 70 (he asked me not to be too precise)
By the year 1990 we had a Chief Engineer, Marketing Manager, Project Engineer, Accountant, Receptionist and a warehouse assistant working with Roy.
In the same year the Walkers bought out the Dunkleys and to date the staff number 14 . We have always preferred our own Quality Control System and this has stood us in good stead since its inception in 1989.
